Position Overview:
As a Tool Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, optimizing, and deploying tools and applications to support critical business operations. Your primary focus will be on creating tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, improve planning, and streamline internal processes across various departments.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
· Plan, test and implement tools and applications tailored to meet specific business needs.
· Create, maintain, and optimize Excel-based tools and other digital solutions to improve reporting and data accuracy.
· Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
· Ensure seamless integration of tools into current workflows while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
· Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the implemented tools.
· Participate in meetings to discuss project progress, capture key points, and document actionable items for follow-up.
Requirements:
Must-have:
· Strong proficiency in creating advanced Excel solutions (VBA, Power Query, pivot tables) and familiarity with automation tools.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and improve processes.
· Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
· Experience in implementing and optimizing digital tools or business applications.
Nice-to-Have:
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for automation purposes.
· Experience with data analysis, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or SQL for managing and analysing large datasets.
· Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma).
