About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at ARRISE, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our candidate experience and contributing to our talent acquisition strategy. Prepare to push your limits, work efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 
 What will you be doing:
  • Support the Business: Understand job requirements and source top talent.
  • Post Job Listings: Ensure job postings are accurate and reach the right audience.
  • Screen Resumes: Identify qualified candidates through careful resume review.
  • Schedule Interviews: Organize and manage interview schedules.
  • Conduct Pre-Screen Interviews: Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates.
  • Facilitate Assessments and Background Checks: Ensure all necessary checks are completed.
  • Manage Candidate Databases: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Maintain Effective Communication: Engage with all recruitment stakeholders regularly.
