- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support the business by understanding job requirements and sourcing top talent
- Post job listings and screen incoming resumes
- Schedule interviews for the Recruiters
- Conduct pre-screen phone interviews with candidates
- If needed, facilitate candidate assessments and background checks
- Manage candidate databases and keep records up to date
- Assist with developing sourcing strategies for attracting diverse talent
- Maintain effective communication with anyone involved in the recruitment throughout the hiring process
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related field is a plus
- At least professional level of English and Bulgarian language is a must, any other knowledge of a language is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of iGaming industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment
