Our talent acquisition coordinators are the vital part of our TA infrastructure looking after our candidate experience through their interview journey, keeping our large department organized and efficient, and contributing to the talent acquisition strategy as a member of an over 40 team of great people!

What will you be doing:
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support the business by understanding job requirements and sourcing top talent
- Post job listings and screen incoming resumes
- Schedule interviews for the Recruiters
- Conduct pre-screen phone interviews with candidates
- If needed, facilitate candidate assessments and background checks
- Manage candidate databases and keep records up to date
- Assist with developing sourcing strategies for attracting diverse talent
- Maintain effective communication with anyone involved in the recruitment throughout the hiring process
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related field is a plus
- At least professional level of English and Bulgarian language is a must, any other knowledge of a language is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of iGaming industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment
