- Conduct in-depth research on complex regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions of interest;
- Interpret and monitor licensing obligations, ensuring the business meets its regulatory requirements;
- Project-manage license applications from initiation through to completion, liaising with internal stakeholders and regulators;
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support best practices across the business;
- Perform horizon scanning to identify upcoming regulatory changes and assess potential business impact;
- Support the business in identifying, understanding, and mitigating compliance risks;
- Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme;
- Act as deputy for the Head of Compliance when required, providing leadership and decision-making support;
- Strengthen the internal compliance framework and help cultivate a culture of integrity and regulatory awareness throughout the business;
- Assist with gathering and reviewing internal documentation to support regulatory initiatives and audits;
- Prepare, review, and deliver clear and concise compliance reports for internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Maintain oversight of regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions;
- Provide ad-hoc compliance advice and support to cross-functional teams across the organisation.
- A university degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Law, Criminology, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a compliance role within the iGaming industry, with at least 2 years in a B2B context.
- Native fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks (e.g., AGCO, MGA, UKGC, ONJN, Spelinspektionen).
- Previous involvement in market-entry projects or multi-jurisdictional compliance programmes.
- Experience liaising with regulators and supporting external audits or inspections.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is an asset.
