Job Description:
 
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wardrobe Assistant. In this position, you will oversee uniform inventory and distribution, ensuring all employees receive the correct sizes and maintain an impeccable appearance. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with tailors, and ensuring company appearance standards are met.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage uniform stock and ensure all employees are properly sized. Ensure physical management of merchandise inventory.
Periodically account for merchandise inventory (monthly and spot inventories).
Monitor and document uniform stock levels, reporting discrepancies when necessary.
Inspect uniform quality and manage repair or alteration processes.
Collaborate with tailors, suppliers, and various departments to meet uniform needs.
Ensure compliance with uniform policies and maintain personal appearance records.
Uses company software to manage stock movements and update records and files.
Performs physical receipt of merchandise at the company warehouse entrance.
Informs supervisors of differences between physical and written merchandise upon receipt of merchandise at the warehouse.
Efficiently utilizes storage space for merchandise, consistently organizing stock and workspaces.
Performs dry cleaning pickup and delivery operations.
Ensures correct sizing when issuing uniforms.
Identifies and recommends uniform alterations for a better fit. Manages spare uniform stock and ensures sufficient items are available for each period.
Maintains visual records of each employee’s uniform fit.
Provides accurate and complete information on uniforms and appearance-related procedures.
Communicates courteously and professionally with departments and suppliers.
Oversees and manages quality control reports related to uniforms.
 
Candidate Requirements:
Language: Proficient in English, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
Attention to Detail: Advanced accuracy in inventory management and appearance standards.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
