Position scope:
The VIP Team Manager is responsible for leading the VIP Supervisor team and ensuring the highest standards of service for VIP players. This role involves building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining operational excellence, and consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences. The VIP Team Manager will also play a key role in enhancing the VIP journey by driving improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working cross-functionally to support business objectives and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, operators, and players.
- Efficiently coordinate the VIP Supervisor team to ensure seamless operations, uphold service standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure strict adherence to company standards and policies, maintaining consistency and excellence in all aspects of service.
- Actively engage in initiatives aimed at company development, proposing improvements to enhance the player’s experience and meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and colleagues to maintain a unified work environment and achieve set goals.
- Carry out operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery and a flawless experience.
Requirements:
- 12 months in Live Casino or iGaming experience is mandatory.
- Academic qualification in Management is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English written and spoken
- Very good PC skills (Office 365).
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good time management.
- Conflict Management abilities.
- Leadership/mentoring skills.
- Availability to work shifts.
