Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated stylist to join our team at ARRISE. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our game show hosts and shufflers look impeccable through high-quality hair and makeup services. Your attention to detail and commitment to company standards will help you achieve a flawless and professional image on camera.
Key Responsibilities:
Makeup and Hairstyling: Perform makeup and hairstyling to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure your preparation and flawless appearance on camera. Report on the number and type of hair and makeup performed. Monitor the appearance of employees in the studios and offer touch-up recommendations.
Retouching and Maintenance: Proactively and upon request, touch up makeup and hairstyling; ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and workspace.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage the stock of materials and accessories; ensure the proper storage and use of equipment. Immediately notify superiors when product stock is low so they can place a new order.
Training and Communication: Train employees on company appearance standards; communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on hair and makeup activities.
Employee Experience: Create a pleasant employee experience by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions.
Responsiveness: Respond promptly to any requests without problems, communicated through company channels during business hours.
Required Skills:
Experience: 1+ year of professional hands-on experience in makeup/hair application.
Professional Certification: A professional diploma or certification in hair/makeup is essential.
Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Technical Skills: Computer skills with the ability to manage scheduling and communicate effectively.
Flexible Shifts: Willingness to work multiple shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, and self-discipline to maintain a flawless appearance, interact positively with employees, and address any issues efficiently.
