This role is with the ARRISE.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise day-to-day operations in a designated area, ensuring optimal performance while overseeing and guiding dedicated Team Managers.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies focused on process improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, cultivating a culture centered on collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Strategically plan and oversee projects ensuring their successful execution and alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Ensure and uphold high-quality standards throughout teams, processes, and projects to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Evaluate and analyze performance using measurable metrics and KPIs, while applying data analysis techniques to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate extensively with various departments, ensuring alignment and synchronization of efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Uphold and promote a culture of operational efficiency, compliance, and adaptability, advocating the organization’s objectives throughout all operational processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience related to the requirements of the role.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in management roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing diverse high-performing teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is advantageous, but not mandatory.
