Role Description: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Shuffler Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining game tables in accordance with company procedures, ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of all games. You will oversee daily table openings and closings, manage equipment and inventory, schedule and review employee performance, and provide training and support to new shufflers. Your ability to respond swiftly to unexpected issues and maintain strict adherence to internal rules will be key to the success of our gaming operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Card Preparation: Prepare and shuffle playing cards at game tables promptly and accurately, adhering to company procedures.
  • Equipment Verification: Monitor and verify the quality of playing cards and proper functionality of all equipment such as card shoes, storage boxes, and tables.
  • Table Operations: Oversee the openings and closings of game tables, ensuring all processes follow organizational standards.
  • Team Management: Schedule daily tasks, manage pits, and conduct performance reviews for shufflers to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Training & Motivation: Train and motivate new shufflers, addressing the team’s needs to promote a productive work environment.
  • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergencies and unexpected issues during shifts, maintaining game integrity and operational continuity.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry.
  • Knowledge Proficiency: Understanding of games and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Management Experience: Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Casino Surveillance and Control Room Operations is a plus.
