About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in hiring for Technology and Product roles within a fast-paced, international environment.
This position plays a key role in scaling our global tech and product teams—from engineering and architecture to product strategy and delivery. You’ll collaborate with CTOs, CPOs, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent who thrive in complex, high-growth environments.

What Will You Be Doing:
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Tech and Product roles—from engineers and architects to product managers and UX/UI professionals.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to understand strategic hiring goals and define role requirements.
  • Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to tech/product talent across international markets.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques, talent mapping, and headhunting tactics.
  • Screen candidates for both technical competency and cultural alignment.
  • Manage a first-class candidate experience with clear, timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to structure competitive, compelling offers.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local/global hiring regulations.
  • Manage partnerships with tech recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed.
  • Serve as a true talent advisor and brand ambassador for ARRISE in every interaction.
  • Stay current on trends in the tech and product talent market and provide insights to hiring teams.
 
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on tech and/or product roles.
  • Background in agency and in-house recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles such as software engineers, Test Engineers, DevOps, product managers, product owners, localisation specialists, graphic designers, game artists, project managers and UX/UI designers.
  • Strong understanding of technical and product landscapes, tools, and frameworks (e.g., cloud, backend/frontend stacks, agile, SDLC).
  • Experience with international and cross-border recruitment.
  • Knowledge of niche sourcing platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, Product Hunt, Reddit etc.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions while delivering high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Experience working with recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, NPS, and quality of hire.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms—Jobvite experience is a bonus.
