- Own full-cycle recruitment for Tech and Product roles—from engineers and architects to product managers and UX/UI professionals.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to understand strategic hiring goals and define role requirements.
- Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to tech/product talent across international markets.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques, talent mapping, and headhunting tactics.
- Screen candidates for both technical competency and cultural alignment.
- Manage a first-class candidate experience with clear, timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to structure competitive, compelling offers.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local/global hiring regulations.
- Manage partnerships with tech recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed.
- Serve as a true talent advisor and brand ambassador for ARRISE in every interaction.
- Stay current on trends in the tech and product talent market and provide insights to hiring teams.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on tech and/or product roles.
- Background in agency and in-house recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles such as software engineers, Test Engineers, DevOps, product managers, product owners, localisation specialists, graphic designers, game artists, project managers and UX/UI designers.
- Strong understanding of technical and product landscapes, tools, and frameworks (e.g., cloud, backend/frontend stacks, agile, SDLC).
- Experience with international and cross-border recruitment.
- Knowledge of niche sourcing platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, Product Hunt, Reddit etc.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions while delivering high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, NPS, and quality of hire.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms—Jobvite experience is a bonus.
- Salary range of 2000 – 3000 EUR gross per month
