- · Own end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal and / or HR roles, from requisition to onboarding.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Department, Vice-Presidents and other senior leaders to understand their business goals and hiring needs.
- · Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- · Screen and assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural fit within a fast-paced, corporate setting.
- · Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process.
- · Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to develop competitive offers and close candidates efficiently.
- · Ensure the accuracy of recruitment data and analytics to report on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.
- · Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal/regulatory requirements.
- · Partner with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed.
- · Be an effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties.
- · Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
- · Meet with hiring managers on a regular basis to discuss hiring needs and the status of candidates.
- · Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape.
- · 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with at least a few years spent agency side.
- · Experience in recruiting for finance, legal and / or HR roles a big plus, particularly within regulated industries.
- · Experience supporting international relocation also a plus.
- · Subject matter knowledge of finance, legal and / or HR job families, terminology and credentials.
- · Experience recruiting in international markets and cross-border recruitment, in particular experience recruiting in new countries will be a plus.
- · Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills using modern recruiting tools and techniques. Including use of niche platforms and associations (eg ACC, AICPA, CIPD, SHRM, IBA) for a headhunting style approach.
- · Experience in being measured on quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction, candidate experience (NPS) and time-to-fill for hard to fill roles.
- · Experience partnering with new and senior stakeholders.
- · Professional level of English is a must, other languages are a plus.
- · Previous experience with ATS – Jobvite is a plus.
