Role Description: We are seeking a Senior Surveillance Operator to manage surveillance operations, ensuring compliance with security standards. Responsibilities include monitoring gaming environments, analyzing incidents, testing systems for issues, and reporting suspicious activities. You will maintain logs, and collaborate with QA to enhance system reliability. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to perform in a 24/7 fast-paced environment.

• Incident Verification and Resolution: Analyze and verify studio-reported incidents, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. Prepare assistance reports to support potential disciplinary actions or employee evaluations.
• Roulette Wheel and System Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of roulette wheels to detect any deviations beyond accepted operational standards, ensuring the integrity and fairness of gameplay. Operate and monitor security systems to uphold rigorous surveillance protocols.
• Surveillance and Testing: Conduct routine and advanced testing of online gaming surveillance software, identifying bugs, errors, or defects. Collaborate with QA teams and developers to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
• Report Creation and Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive, accurate reports and logs detailing observed activities, incident resolutions, and system testing outcomes. Ensure proper documentation for transparency and future reference.
• Premises and Online Security Monitoring: Perform thorough physical inspections of the premises and monitor online platforms for suspicious or irregular activities. Operate video monitoring consoles and other security devices, reporting violations to management promptly.
• System Performance Monitoring: Continuously verify and validate the performance of online gaming surveillance systems. Provide informed recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, and performance optimizations.

• Two years of experience as Senior Surveillance Operator in the iGaming industry/Live products;
• Ability to work hours to suit the business needs – 8-hour shifts, including weekends;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 service suite;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language;
• Another language is a plus.
