About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Live Casino Product division, with a focus on delivering and continuously enhancing key product experiences and flagship games.
In this strategic role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives—ensuring structure, velocity, and cross-functional alignment across multiple departments. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Engineering teams, and Technical Delivery Managers to drive execution and maintain momentum. Your primary responsibility will be to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior professional with a strong command of both product and technical delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own and drive the full project lifecycle—from planning through release and post-launch evaluation.
- Work with distributed teams across time zones, fostering asynchronous collaboration where needed.
- Facilitate alignment between Product, UI/UX, Back Office, and Engineering teams.
- Manage timelines, interdependencies, and delivery milestones across parallel initiatives.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project status, changes, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, propose mitigation strategies, and champion continuous improvement in project governance, documentation, and communication practices.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and visibility across all assigned projects.
What We Need From You:
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within Live Casino, gaming, live broadcasting, or similarly fast-paced, regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience coordinating both upstream planning and downstream technical execution.
- Proven experience working with distributed teams across time zones
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery tracks, balancing structure with adaptability.
- A highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset, with an eye for detail and a focus on outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and other industry-standard tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
