- Lead the development and optimization of Chroma key-based solutions in Live Casino, ensuring seamless integration with game environments.
- Manage the Chroma background technology, enabling dynamic customization for promotions, branding, and player engagement.
- Collaborate with the Studio and development teams to ensure high-quality visual output, seamless transitions, and real-time rendering of Chroma overlays.
- Craft detailed and precise written specifications for new products and features.
- Define and communicate product vision together with teams of Audio Visual team, Studio Production, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to leverage data insights in product development.
- Resolve product development challenges and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
- Assist Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction to support correlated goals.
- Ensure new products and features undergo thorough usability and performance evaluations, including focus group testing when applicable.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay competitive.
- At least 3-5 years as a Product Owner with software development teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development process.
- Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive product decisions.
- Experience working with Chroma key technology or similar real-time virtual background solutions in a live production environment.
- Proven ability to integrate and optimize Chroma backgrounds for promotional, branding, and player experience enhancements.
- Understanding of real-time graphics rendering, overlays, and dynamic content management in Live Casino.
- Experience collaborating with Studio teams to ensure high-quality visual execution of Chroma-based content.
- Proven experience working with both established and new teams, providing challenges and support to foster continuous improvement.
- Effective remote work skills with a strong ability to manage tasks and communication in a distributed environment.
- A successful track record in driving product concepts and delivering robust solutions in collaboration with your teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
- Background in game development or online gaming.
- Previous involvement in game design.
- Understanding of casino games and game mathematics.
- Experience in live video production, broadcast technology, or real-time visual effects (VFX) in gaming environments.
- Knowledge of how Chroma technology can be used for interactive elements, dynamic branding, and personalized player experiences.
- Salary range from 5,000 EUR gross to 6,666 EUR gross.
