Role Overview:
 
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about photo and video production? 

We’re looking for a Photo & Video Shoot Coordinator to support our Live Casino product shoots. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to final delivery. You’ll work closely with photographers, marketers, product teams, and external suppliers to maintain high-quality visuals that align with our brand standards.

Planning and Scheduling

• Assist in planning and scheduling photo and video shoots using tools like Monday.com.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and photography teams to ensure alignment on shoot objectives.
• Maintain and enforce brand and shoot guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics, including casting, bookings, hair & makeup, and catering.
• Manage communication with external suppliers such as modelling agencies and makeup artists.

Hands-on Shoot Coordination

• Ensure all aspects of the shoot run smoothly on the day.
• Oversee on-site preparations, ensuring teams have everything they need.
• Keep shoots on schedule and handle any last-minute changes.

Post-Production Delivery

• Work with the shoot team to manage the delivery of final assets.
• Ensure images and videos meet brand quality standards and deadlines.
• Assist in organizing and structuring content for internal use and the client portal.

• Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks and keep everything on track.
• Agile: Ability to problem-solve quickly and find alternatives to resolve challenges.
• Creative & Detail-Oriented: Able to contribute ideas and ensure brand consistency.
• Strong Communicator: Able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with scheduling tools like Monday.com is a plus.
• Proactive & Eager to Learn: No extensive experience needed—just a passion for the role.
