- Drafting all types of tech-based agreements and legal documents (License of IP, SaaS, software provision, NDA’s etc.).
- Following up on multi-national regulation and staying abreast with upcoming norms in Latam.
- Advising on a wide range of commercial matters.
- Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Latam Hub’s legal team including developing templates and processes.
- Maintaining record of local and global policies and procedures and uphold them internally.
What We Need From You:
- Licensed lawyer in Colombia with issued professional card to exercise law.
- 1 – 4 years post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, with a focus on commercial or corporate law.
- Fluency in English, writing and reading (all work is to be presented in English).
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including those with cross-jurisdictional elements.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language for non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills, balancing the pursuit of favourable terms with the cultivation of positive business relationships.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities to ensure contracts are precise, enforceable, and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Committed to delivering high-quality work, even under tight deadlines or competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating consistent productivity and accountability with minimal supervision.
- Positive and adaptable attitude, eager to embrace new challenges and learn in a dynamic business landscape.
- Creative and pragmatic in problem-solving, with a focus on delivering legal solutions that support business goals.
