- LMS Maintenance and Support: Assist with the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the LMS (Docebo) to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience. This includes supporting course setup, user management, basic reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Design and Develop Engaging Learning Content: Create a variety of impactful learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and instructor-led training content. You’ll apply strong instructional design principles, incorporating multimedia elements, interactivity, and user-centric designs to build visually compelling, on-brand, and highly engaging learning experiences that achieve specific learning objectives.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations both virtually and in-person, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with subject matter experts to gather insights and align learning objectives with organizational goals. Adapt content based on feedback to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Leverage Learning Technologies: Use tools like Articulate, Genially, and Canva to create impactful learning content. To manage and optimize content within the LMS.
- Ensure Quality & Consistency: Review and refine materials to meet high standards of accuracy, design, and instructional integrity. Incorporate learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve content.
- Drive Projects to Completion: Balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality materials on time. Maintain clear documentation of instructional strategies and deliverables.
- Instructional Design Expertise. A foundational understanding or keen interest in applying instructional design principles to create effective learning solutions.
- Content Creation & Development. Ability to contribute to creating clear and concise learning content across various formats, with an eagerness to develop strong written and visual communication skills.
- Training Facilitation Skills: Emerging ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences.
- LMS Management Familiarity: Basic understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) functionalities and an eagerness to learn best practices for administration and content deployment.
- iGaming Industry Understanding (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity with the iGaming industry, its products, and operational aspects.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively contribute to a positive team environment, work effectively within a team, and support collaborations with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail. Meticulous in reviewing materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with objectives.
- Time Management: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple projects simultaneously.
