About the Role:
You will be working on the Live Casino team, where you will support the delivery of Live Casino projects. You will assist in managing the project lifecycle, combining elements of waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, adapting to dynamic project demands, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live gaming project management within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Hybrid Project Management:
- Support the delivery of Live Casino Projects by applying both structured planning (waterfall) and adaptive responses to change (agile) to meet project objectives.
- Assist cross-functional teams by ensuring clear communication and alignment with project milestones.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including technical teams, designers, operators, and clients.
- Provide project updates and ensure transparency in project progress.
- Assist in coordinating the setup and delivery of physical studio environments for live dealer games.
- Support the integration of front-end user interfaces with back-end systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams for broadcasting equipment deployment.
Operational Excellence:
- Assist in project execution under demanding timelines and high-quality standards without traditional sprint structures.
- Support project lifecycles from initiation through delivery while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements.
- Identify and help mitigate risks, leveraging hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure that all services align with core values, established Policies and Procedures, and KPIs.
What We Need From You:
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or management within a fast-paced environment.
- Academic background in Management or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, with a willingness to adapt practices to suit project needs.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong PC skills (Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Teamgantt) and adaptability to diverse project management approaches.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability to manage changing project dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
