The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior BIM Specialist to support the development and management of BIM content across various projects. In this role, you will assist in executing design stages, creating detailed specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. You will also contribute to sourcing materials, preparing technical documentation, and maintaining high-quality BIM models, families, and libraries. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to grow their skills and contribute to innovative design projects.
Responsibilities:
- An understanding of architectural and interior principles is essential to ensure that BIM content meets requirements;
- Execute all design stages from concept to final product;
- Create detailed design specifications;
- Prepare other data required for printing and production;
- Assist in sourcing materials and products included in design project documentation;
- Complete projects by coordinating with internal teams;
- Estimate the time required to complete the work;
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions;
- Meet required timelines in deliverable items;
- To be motivated, self-organized and focused;
- Issue needed documentation per assigned projects;
- Proactively offer new solutions, processes and structuring to develop and maintain planning;
- Manage time and Junior specialists to deliver needed information in time and meet deadlines;
- Meet the requirements mentioned in Studio design Team work guidelines;
- Travel to new and existing Business locations to collect planning data;
- Facilitate effective Revit and cloud system usage.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD. The specialist should have a deep understanding of these tools to create, edit, and manage BIM content, cloud 360 usage knowledge;
- Ability to create high-quality BIM content, including families, templates, and libraries, adhering to best practices and standards. This includes 2D and 3D models, parametric families, and metadata;
- Fluent English;
- Other CAD software and data analytics usage knowledge considered as advantage.
