Role Description: 
 
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stylist to join our team at ARRISE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that game presenters, and shufflers look their best by performing high-quality hairdressing and makeup services. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining company guidelines standards will help ensure a polished and professional image on camera. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Makeup and Hairdressing: Perform makeup and hairdressing activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure your readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera. Reports on the number and type of hairstyles and makeup activities performed. Monitors the appearance of employees in the studios and offers retouching recommendations.
  • Retouching and Maintenance: Proactively and on request, retouch makeup and hairstyles; ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and usage of equipment. Communicates immediately to superiors when the stock of products is exhausted, in order to place a new order.
  • Training and Communication: Train employees on company standards for appearance; communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities.
  • Employee Experience: Create a pleasant experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions.
  • Responsiveness: Respond promptly to any requests without issues, communicated through company channels during working hours.
Requirements skills:
    • Expertise: 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application/ hairstyling.
    • Professional certificate: Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling/make-up.
    • Language Skills: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English.
    • Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
    • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.
     

    Nice to Have:
     
    • Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast: Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings.
    • Knowledge of Skincare Products: Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
