About the role:
We’re evolving our Talent Acquisition Data function to support our high-growth, high-volume recruitment environment. As a Talent Data Analyst, you’ll help refine and scale our data capabilities to meet key business goals. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to build dashboards, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that improve recruiting operations, empower our recruiters, and elevate the candidate experience.
We’re evolving our Talent Acquisition Data function to support our high-growth, high-volume recruitment environment. As a Talent Data Analyst, you’ll help refine and scale our data capabilities to meet key business goals. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to build dashboards, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that improve recruiting operations, empower our recruiters, and elevate the candidate experience.
A key focus will be tracking hiring targets, projections, and forecasting, ensuring we meet our recruitment goals while aligning with the company’s growth trajectory. You’ll also support the development and maintenance of our core KPIs, providing the data foundation we need to make smart, scalable decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance)
- Analyze data from our ATS Jobvite, HRIS, and other sources (including excel spreadsheets) to deliver actionable insights across high-volume hiring funnels
- Work with TA leaders to define and standardize KPIs and reporting practices that scale with our growth
- Identify data quality issues, work with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies, and improve data hygiene.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of data inputs and reports to ensure system integrity and data accuracy across all talent platforms
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition Coordinators to improve ATS tagging, tracking, and process reporting
- Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis (e.g., capacity planning, pipeline health, recruiter productivity)
- Present insights in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- 2–4 years experience in an analyst role, ideally within HR, talent, or people analytics
- Proficiency in SQL with experience using PowerBi
- Strong Excel skills and experience wrangling complex, high-volume datasets
- Strong storytelling skills—able to distill complex data into clear insights that drive decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift and speed matters
- Experience with Python or R is a bonus.
