About the Role:
Arrises’s Contracts Officer for Latam assists the Latam hub’s legal department in providing corporate legal services such as commercial consulting, contract drafting and risk assessment throughout all Latam’s operations. This is a semi-senior position reporting to Latam’s legal manager.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Drafting all types of tech-based agreements and legal documents (License of IP, SaaS, software provision, NDA’s etc.)
  • Following up on multi-national regulation and staying abreast with upcoming norms in Latam.
  • Advising on a wide range of commercial matters
  • Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Latam Hub’s legal team including developing templates and processes.
  • Maintaining record of local and global policies and procedures and uphold them internally.

What We Need From You:

  • Licensed lawyer in Colombia with issued professional card to exercise law
  • 1 – 4 years of work experience
  • English proficiency, writing and reading (all work is to be presented in English)
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced and tech-based environments
  • Capacity to adapt to multi-national and multi-cultural legal consultation.
