- Drafting all types of tech-based agreements and legal documents (License of IP, SaaS, software provision, NDA’s etc.)
- Following up on multi-national regulation and staying abreast with upcoming norms in Latam.
- Advising on a wide range of commercial matters
- Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Latam Hub’s legal team including developing templates and processes.
- Maintaining record of local and global policies and procedures and uphold them internally.
What We Need From You:
- Licensed lawyer in Colombia with issued professional card to exercise law
- 1 – 4 years of work experience
- English proficiency, writing and reading (all work is to be presented in English)
- Enjoy working in fast-paced and tech-based environments
- Capacity to adapt to multi-national and multi-cultural legal consultation.
