About the role:
 
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will play a vital part in the contract management lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution, storage, and administration of agreements. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a sharp eye for detail to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinate contract execution process, including managing e-signature platforms as well as physical signatures when required.
  • Maintain and update the contracts database.
  • Archive executed agreements, both electronically and in physical storage as needed.
  • Send documents by courier and track delivery.
  • Support the Legal Team with general administrative duties.
  • Organize and maintain the legal archive.

 

Requirements:

 
  • Previous experience in an administrative, legal support, or contracts related role (legal background not required).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with document management systems, e-signature platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, self motivated mindset and a team oriented approach.
