Job Overview:
Are you a proactive, self-starter with a passion for marketing? If so, we want you to join our team as a Content Marketing Executive in Malta!
As a Content Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the team with a range of exciting tasks from digital marketing to merchandise management. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives on new challenges, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Organise marketing projects, liaising between different cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external third parties to ensure that tasks are scheduled, briefed, approved, and delivered in good time.
- Ensure that marketing projects are planned and tracked using work and asset management software, and that content marketing materials are saved in the correct shared locations using agreed naming conventions and categorisation rules.
- Keep track of upcoming industry and non-industry awards, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of opportunities, deadlines, and entry criteria.
- Assist with website and social media updates and reporting as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations (PowerPoint), and project trackers (Excel) as required.
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and communication across all tasks.
- Assist with logistics for key marketing projects, ensuring all materials and resources are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Be prepared to offer on-site support for events, and conferences.
- Ensure all marketing collateral meets brand guidelines and is meticulously reviewed for quality.
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for preparing reports, presentations, and project tracking.
- Ability to audit and review marketing touchpoints, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
- Experience in digital marketing tasks (website updates and social media in particular).
- WordPress experience is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
