Role Description:
The Business Analyst provides critical insights through the analysis of Live Casino data, team performance, and game equipment logs. They create automated reports and data visualizations to support informed decision-making, contributing to the continuous improvement of company performance.
 
Responsibilities: 
– Analyze Live Casino data, team performance metrics, and game equipment logs to generate actionable insights. 
– Develop and automate reports in Tableau Server to track game statistics. 
– Build and maintain analytical tools in PowerBI to support data-driven decisions. 
– Collaborate with Risk/Surveillance and HR departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations. 
– Provide daily activity reports to line managers and proactively address any potential issues. 
– Ensure compliance with company standards, data confidentiality, and security protocols. 
 
Requirements:
– University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
– Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 
– Advanced Excel skills, including VBA. 
– Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau Server. 
– Working knowledge of SQL databases and basic programming skills. 
– Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail.
 
Nice to Have: 
– Experience in gaming or similar industries. 
– Familiarity with data security best practices. 
– Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools.
