BIM Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support the design and delivery of corporate office environments for international projects. This role focuses on furniture selection and
specification preparation, ensuring all work adheres to the corporate brandbook. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Excel, possess strong English language
skills, and be willing and able to travel internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select office furniture, fixtures, and finishes in accordance with the corporate brandbook and design standards.
  
• Prepare detailed furniture specification packages, including dimensions, materials, finishes, pricing, and vendor information.
  
• Develop accurate furniture layouts and schedules using Revit and AutoCAD.
  
• Create 3D renderings and visual presentations using 3ds Max to support client and internal reviews.
  
• Maintain and update FF&E schedules and tracking tools in Microsoft Excel.
  
• Coordinate with international vendors and suppliers for product samples, technical information, and compliance.
  
• Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to support the accurate delivery and installation of furniture.
  
• Stay informed on workplace trends, furniture innovations, and sustainable options relevant to office design.
  
• Travel internationally for site visits, client meetings, and installation support as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior design, specifically within office environments.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Microsoft Excel, intermediate Autodesk Revit.
  
• Strong knowledge of office furniture systems, finishes, and vendor resources.
  
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
  
• Proven experience interpreting and applying brand guidelines in design work.
  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and cultures.
  
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project-related needs.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on international or multi-location corporate fit-out projects.
  
• Understanding of procurement logistics for international furniture delivery.
  
• Familiarity with workplace ergonomic standards and space planning best practices.

• Monthly salary between 2500- 3000 EUR Gross.
