Assistant Manager (Experience in Optometry Required)

• Maintains the confidentiality of the data and information to which it has access;
• Performs any other tasks assigned directly by the Head of Appearance / Studio manager
• Provides support by maintaining links with all relevant departments within the company for good operation and management of activities;
• Provides support by providing periodic reports to the line manager on relevant activities;
• Provides support by requesting at the end of each month from the HR department the list of people who are no longer active within the company and updating reports
• Provides support by introducing new employees to the welcome training, the fact that the company provides free contact lenses/glasses to people who have vision problems;
• Provides support by distributing contact lenses, eye drops and lens sanitizing solutions at the request of employees and preparing minutes;
• Provides support by scheduling and notifying employees about periodic medical check-ups;
• Provides support for maintaining, centralizing and storing documentation effectively;"
• Communication with suppliers, organizing check-ups and accurately updating employee data on lenses and glasses requirement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Optometrist experience is mandatory
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation and analytical skills.
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma
