Job Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Promotions, the Promotions Operations Lead will own the setup, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns across our platform. You’ll work hands-on with our internal tools, lead testing and troubleshooting, and ensure everything runs smoothly from launch to reporting.
 
In this role, you’ll also play a key part in the evolution of our promo tools — helping define requirements, leading user acceptance testing, and representing the needs of internal users throughout the development process.

What You Will be Doing:

Tool Development & Product Collaboration

  • Support the Head of Promotions with defining requirements for new features and enhancements to the promotions toolkit
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Development teams on tool usability, functionality, and gaps pre- and post-launch
  • Actively participate in product scoping, grooming, and related discussions with Product, Development, and UX teams.

Testing & Implementation

  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new promotional tools and features prior to launch.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing and launch readiness across multiple regions for timely and accurate feature deliveries
  • Ensure smooth implementation of new features, coordinating with Development, Product, and QA teams.
  • Continually follow-up on any client feedback, issues, and improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with QA and Dev teams to ensure features meet ongoing business needs.
  • Maintain internal documentation on tool usage, updates, and testing results.

Promotions Setup & Execution

  • Configure and manage all promotion settings across the available tools and platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurately setup, targeted, and visual presented across all user devices.
  • Support the execution of large-scale campaigns and region-specific campaigns and ensure accurate configuration and seamless campaign delivery
  • Provide promotion performance and results data to BI and Account Management teams for analysis.
  • Identify, report, and track technical issues to resolution with relevant teams
  • Deliver requested promotional data promptly to the Account Management (AM) team.
  • Continuously review and improve internal processes for promotion testing, setting up, and troubleshooting.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Liaise between Product, Dev, QA, BI, Marketing, and AM teams to ensure smooth delivery of promotional initiatives.
  • Support operator onboarding and adoption of new promo features
  • Participate in operator calls to assist with tool training or technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and regional teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory standards.

Team & Process Leadership

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance and support to other members of the team
  • Own the design and continuous improvement of workflows for campaign setup, testing, and delivery.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to the AM team for promotion tools and Back Office systems.
  • Support and deliver training sessions on back-office systems and promotional tools for internal teams and external operators.
 
What We Need From You:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in promotions, product operations, or technical campaign management, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience with in-house or third-party promotional tools and campaign configuration. A strong understanding of platform setup and functionality is an asset.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot processes and lead/coordinate User Acceptance Testing
  • Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements and summarizing technical issues into clear, actionable messages for business stakeholders.
  • Shows comfort working with data – be able to interpret basic datasets and create reports to support decision-making.
  • Have strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Shows high attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be a self-starter who can work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
