What Would You Be Doing:

  • Supports the Travel Coordinator Lead in the day-to-day assistance across The Group on all travel queries and requests.
  • Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations in order to identify the most business efficient options;
  • Responsible for travel bookings and arrangements while ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy and Procedure;
  • Keeps up to date the information regarding travel restrictions, document requirements and travel requirements while offering support to all travelling employees;
  • Accountable for keeping all sensitive (employees’ personal information, internal and business-related information, budgets and financial information of any kind, agreement provisions, etc.) information strictly confidential;
  • Provides assistance with all specific documents and procedures required for travelling (e.g., visas, permits, medical requirements, insurance, etc.).

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

  • Administration experience essential
  • General understanding of best business travel practices and desire to learn;
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of The Group
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
  • Proven excellent organization, planning and strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to details;
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly;
  • Flexibility and general willingness to learn.
