Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Floor Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our studio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring game integrity, supervising game presenters and shufflers, and maintaining high operational and appearance standards. You will also collaborate closely with multiple teams to uphold our company’s quality and performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Proactively resolve complex game or staff-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to Floor Supervisors, promoting best practices and professional development.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain strong communication and alignment with the OCR Team, Workforce team, and other departments.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and enhance studio operations, inspecting equipment and resolving any issues that may arise.
Staff Coordination: Ensure effective shift coverage, accuracy of attendance, and performance consistency across team members. - Appearance Supervision: Oversee and ensure compliance with dress code and appearance standards across all relevant staff.
- Game Operations: Lead game presenters’ and shufflers’ activities, optimizing game rotations and maintaining operational quality.
Candidate Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the iGaming or Live Casino industry in a supervisory or senior role.
Game Knowledge: Strong understanding of Blackjack and comprehensive knowledge of casino equipment-related procedures.
- Skills:

- Advanced PC skills (Office 365).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management abilities.
- Very good time management skills.
• Language Skills: Advanced English and Serbian (written and spoken).
• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts.
