Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement Quality Control Department policies and procedures for Live Casino products and interdepartmental workflow.
- Monitor live products to ensure all quality standards and requirements are met.
- Identify, report, and resolve any irregularities or issues.
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of products and performance.
- Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company targets.
- Report and follow up on daily activities.
- Make recommendations for improvement and development.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- The candidate needs to have stayed in their current position minimum of five months.
- Read, understand, and speak English.
- Average evaluation of the last two months to be at least 97% or above.
- Clean employment record – no WW or any sort of disciplinary actions for the last six months.
- Willingness and ability to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn.
- Good eye for details.
