What You Will Be Doing:
Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Advise senior management on HR best practices and provide strategic direction on HR
matters.
• Lead the development and execution of initiatives to drive employee engagement and
retention.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.

requirements.
• Ensure the team maintains accurate employee records on internal systems and regularly
reviews the quality of data and associated processes and procedures.
• Oversee HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

HR Business Partnering:
• Work with the HR Business Partner to ensure local teams are provided with the most
effective business partnering support.
• Collaborate to develop interventions and strategies to improve the performance and
engagement levels of teams locally.
• Contribute to learning & development, both in planning and execution of effective
learning & development material and content.

• Develop robust relationships with stakeholders both within and outside of the HR
function.
• Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition function to ensure seamless talent
management and workforce planning.

practices with other locations and teams

What We Need From You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
• Fluent Uzbek and English.
