Role Description: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between ARRISE and building management or other tenants. This role helps enforce standards for office upkeep, handles tenant-related communication, and ensures working space is well maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with building rules and rental agreements

Act as the main point of contact between ARRISE and building landlords, property managers, and neighboring tenants
Monitor use of office space and report any issues related to property damage, misuse, or maintenance needs -
Coordinate service requests, cleaning schedules, repairs, and utilities upon need

Support internal awareness campaigns for proper property use and workspace etiquette

Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained

Maintain records related to leases, inspections, service reports, and communications with property stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities, property coordination, or office management
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and liaise confidently with external vendors and tenants
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English & Serbian
