Role Overview:
As a Community Lead, you will be the single point of contact for all new joiners, with a special focus on supporting the Turkish-speaking community within Arrise. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and engaging transition for new employees by handling all onboarding activities and addressing frequently asked questions related to facilities, HR, accommodation, required documents, and general information about life in Serbia.
You will also organize and lead training workshops to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and company standards needed to succeed. This role combines mentorship, operational support, and community engagement, making you a central figure in the early stages of an employee’s journey.

What Will You Be Doing:
  • Act as the single point of contact for all Turkish-speaking employees throughout their onboarding and integration journey.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to new hires on frequently asked topics, including:
    • Facilities and office setup
    • Required documentation and local legal processes
    • HR policies and procedures
    • Accommodation assistance
    • Cultural and practical information about Serbia
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Organize and facilitate 
  • Serve as a buddy for new employees.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure new employees deliver high-quality employee experience journey.
  • Educate employees on maintaining the company’s Turkish community standards.
  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding materials and training content.
  • Collaborate with Shift Managers and Team Managers to support general inquiries.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance employee experience and staff engagement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve onboarding issues.
  • Uphold company standards related to work discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
  • Coordinate with health and safety authorities to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Report any identified concerns or incidents to relevant stakeholders.
 
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) & Turkish language fluency.
  • Experience in event coordination and incident handling.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.
  • Previous experience in casino or customer service environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating new environments and providing logistical support to others.
