• Support the company with all corporate legal functions.
• Support the corporate team with governance and corporate administration
  functions.
• Support the compliance and regulatory requirements for all relevant corporate entities.
• Draft, update, review and optimize all day-to-day agreements including: labour, consulting, clients and supplier agreements.
• Help to manage dispute resolutions issues.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Ensure and keep a good reputation for all corporate entities, the Company and its clients.
• Any other services that may be reasonably required by the Company and their client(s), from time to time, which fall under the Employee’s area of service/expertise.

What We Need From You:

• Master of law from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years’ experience as attorney.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Well-developed commercial awareness with an outcome-oriented and solution-based approach, able to apply legal principles pragmatically.
• Experience in a multijurisdictional environment is a plus.
