The role:
We are seeking a cleaner to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia. This role will report into our Office Manager and will be a key part of maintaining our employee’s wellbeing by offering a clean, safe and comfortable work environment. Joining our PRO team means working at the forefront of an exciting and ever-growing global industry.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the office including bathroom, break rooms and common areas.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while using chemicals and equipment.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, detergents, soap, paper towels etc.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to details throughout the office space.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Assist with organisation of team activities such as quarterly events.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work outside business hours like early mornings or evenings, as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in spoken and written Serbian, a good level of English is advantageous.
- Detail oriented, reliable and able to work independently.
- Proactive with a strong team spirit.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
