About the Role:
The Jira Administrator will manage and configure Jira and Confluence to support streamlined workflows, team collaboration, and project tracking. The role will involve working closely with the Process Master and Team Leads to translate process requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet evolving organizational needs.
 
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Configure and maintain Jira, including workflows, boards, dashboards, schemes, custom fields, and permissions;
  • Administer Confluence spaces, structuring for effective documentation and knowledge sharing;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Process Master, team leads, and project managers, to translate process requirements into Jira configurations and solutions; 
  • Implement and optimize workflows, automation rules, and integrations to enhance team productivity and streamline processes; 
  • Provide training and support for Jira and Confluence users, including creating documentation and conducting workshops; 
  • Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track project progress and generate actionable insights; 
  • Create visualizations to improve transparency across projects and processes; 
  • Monitor system performance, proactively implement improvements and troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. 

What We Need From You:

  • Proven experience in Jira and Confluence administration, including configuring workflows, managing permissions, and creating spaces;
  • Strong understanding of Jira automation, custom fields, filters, and reporting tools;
  • Technical proficiency with scripting languages and Jira plugins;
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles would be preferred.
