The Role:
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for contract management and gaming? ARRISE, a leading developer in the iGaming industry, are seeking a Junior Contracts Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 3 days a week. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth execution of project coordination, drafting novation agreements, and ensuring compliance throughout the novation process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal and organisational skills while contributing to innovative gaming solutions that captivate players worldwide.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure smooth workflow
  • Draft novation agreements using established templates
  • Track project progress 
  • Collecting signatures
  • Archive the complete agreements and maintain organisation of the records
  • Support to the contracts team, and AM teams throughout the novation process
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Enrolled in a course such as Law, compliance course or any related course
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
