Senior Accountant

About the role:
We’re seeking a Junior Accountant to handle invoice processing, payments, and maintain accurate financial records. You’ll ensure smooth transactions and support the overall financial operations of the company.

What you would be doing:

• Preparation and booking of the accounting documents
• Posting all documentation: incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, invoices under Clause 10, imports, exports, service invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors and entering into the finance systemMaintaining fixed assets records
• Ensures compliance with local legislation and tax requirements
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
• Support external accounting agency
• Potential supervision of junior accountants

What makes you a strong candidate:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles (Local accounting)
• Excellent English
