Key Responsibilities:

Follow and implement Quality Control Department policies and procedures for Live Casino products and interdepartmental workflow.
Monitor live products to ensure all quality standards and requirements are met.
Identify, report, and resolve any irregularities or issues.
Evaluate the quality and accuracy of products and performance.
Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company targets.
Report and follow up on daily activities.
Make recommendations for improvement and development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Turkish native or with advanced knowledge of the language
Previous iGaming or Traditional Casino experience is considered as an advantage.
Read, understand, and speak English
Willingness and ability to work in a team.
Positive attitude and desire to learn.
Good eye for details.
