ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Principal Game Designer, you will be the visionary behind the future of live casino games. This is a rare opportunity to own the creative direction and design quality of experiences played by millions worldwide. You’ll shape games end-to-end - from innovative mechanics and immersive features to intuitive UI/UX/CX and unforgettable player journeys. From concept to launch, you’ll lead the way in crafting innovative mechanics, seamless user experiences, and immersive features that set new industry benchmarks. Collaborating closely with product, technology, and creative teams, you’ll ensure every game is strategically aligned, technically robust, and truly unforgettable. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for UI/UX/CX across all live casino games and platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of design language, usability, and accessibility across the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain standards, best practices, and documentation for UI/UX/CX processes and quality benchmarks.
  • Translate complex systems into clear, intuitive, and engaging interfaces for diverse player audiences.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops to generate innovative concepts, mechanics, and interaction models.
  • Collaborate closely with development, engineering, product, and business teams to align design direction with technical execution and strategic objectives.
  • Mentor, inspire, and lead UI/UX designers.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to validate ideas and drive design decisions.
  • Oversee high-quality implementation of UI/UX, ensuring fidelity to design intent and smooth performance.
  • Follow and improve internal workflows, structures, and processes to promote collaboration and consistency.
  • Conduct playtests, analyze player feedback and behavioral data, and refine experiences to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the bridge between design and other departments, ensuring clarity and resolution of cross-functional issues.
  • Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging market trends and player insights.
  • Oversee and build the design and direction of UI animations and motion graphics to enhance clarity and visual storytelling.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the end-to-end game design, ensuring all aspects meet the highest standards.
  • Perform other duties as required, consistent with the scope of the role.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • 5+ years of experience in game design, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead or principal role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful games (casino, live, or similar highly interactive experiences preferred).
  • Strong expertise in UI/UX/CX design, usability principles, and design systems.
  • Deep understanding of gameplay mechanics, player psychology, and progression systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire design teams.
  • Excellent skills in prototyping, wireframing, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Unity/Unreal prototyping).
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (engineering, product, art).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Professional proficient in spoken and written English (knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily).
  • Passion for creating immersive, accessible, and high-quality player experiences.
  • Knowledge of live casino game mechanics and the competitive landscape is a strong plus.

  • Monthly salary from 5200 EUR to 5800 EUR gross per month.
