The role:
 
We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Malta office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable workspace for our employees.

• Clean and sanitize all office areas, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Restock essential supplies (e.g., toilet paper, detergents, soap, paper towels).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Report maintenance issues or repair needs.
• Assist with organizing team activities, such as weekly lunches and quarterly events.
• Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings or evenings when needed.

 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Standard working hours: 09:00 – 18:00.
