The role:
We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Malta office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable workspace for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all office areas, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
- Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Restock essential supplies (e.g., toilet paper, detergents, soap, paper towels).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Report maintenance issues or repair needs.
- Assist with organizing team activities, such as weekly lunches and quarterly events.
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings or evenings when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Standard working hours: 09:00 – 18:00.
