We are seeking a hardworking, caring, and ambitious Mobility Administrator to support our growing Human Resources team within the Global Mobility department. You will demonstrate competency in your area daily. Your main administrative duties include providing advice and counsel to the local business units, international personnel, and assignees on matters of expatriate policy and process which could cover a range of foreign national and expatriate issues. Ultimately, you should be able to overlook the relocation process end to end and to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to local labour laws.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong administrative background and a proven ability to manage a diverse workload. Polite and approachable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals and be able to integrate into a small staff team and able to work on a stand-alone. You will have good judgement and an ability to think laterally, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture. You will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, but also able to work well as part of a team.
