- Support the delivery of Live Casino Projects by applying both structured planning (waterfall) and adaptive responses to change (agile) to meet project objectives.
- Assist cross-functional teams by ensuring clear communication and alignment with project milestones.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including technical teams, designers, operators, and clients.
- Provide project updates and ensure transparency in project progress.
- Assist in coordinating the setup and delivery of physical studio environments for live dealer games.
- Support the integration of front-end user interfaces with back-end systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams for broadcasting equipment deployment.
- Assist in project execution under demanding timelines and high-quality standards without traditional sprint structures.
- Support project lifecycles from initiation through delivery while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements.
- Identify and help mitigate risks, leveraging hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure that all services align with core values, established Policies and Procedures, and KPIs.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or management within a fast-paced environment.
- Academic background in Management or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, with a willingness to adapt practices to suit project needs.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
- Strong PC skills (Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Teamgantt) and adaptability to diverse project management approaches.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability to manage changing project dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
- Salary range of 2,083 – 2,916 EUR gross;
