- Respond to HR reporting systems queries, creation requests and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution working closely with the wider HR team.
- Manage the auditing of data uploads to HiBob from various HR data sources.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of ad-hoc projects and solutions driving continuous improvement against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and best practices.
- Support with cyclical projects, data check-ups and ensure the integrity of the system.
- Development of a HR Dashboard and reporting
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and data management skills
- Strong skills in the reporting and manipulation of data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Aware and operates within GDPR guidelines.
- Experience in any HRIS (Preferably Hibob)
- Experience within a similar system HR reporting role
- Familiar working with large data populations and sensitive people data.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Previous experience working on data integration projects.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills on an ongoing basis.
