- Actively participate in and oversee the day-to-day HR operations activities for Isle of Man and other locations as and when required, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry best practices
- Support with administration and invoice processing for consultant services, including approval of invoices on netsuite
- Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication all departments.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including visa applications and work permits, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
- Ensure payroll team is kept updated on any changes, assisting where necessary.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s goals and values as well as with local requirements.
- Assist with benefit administration and compliance with company benefit policies.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance and be a source of guidance to the HR team and Management.
- General administration assistance as and when needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR Databases and handle confidential information with integrity.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- Experience as HR Administrator or similar
- Excellent communication skills and able to deliver
- Highly organized and able to priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Honest, dependable, and loyal to the company’s vision
- Professional, diligent, and goal-driven with a track record of success
- Strong proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications, with particular expertise in MS Excel
- Experience with any HRIS system would be an advantage
