- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Advise senior management on HR best practices and provide strategic direction on HR matters.
- Lead the development and execution of initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Lead the local HR teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services to stakeholders locally and globally.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate employee records on internal systems and regularly reviews the quality of data and associated processes and procedures.
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Work with stakeholders and contribute to the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Work with the HR Business Partner to ensure local teams are provided with the most effective business partnering support.
- Collaborate to develop interventions and strategies to improve the performance and engagement levels of teams locally.
- Contribute to learning & development, both in planning and execution of effective learning & development material and content.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs locally.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits locally.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and change management.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives.
- Support the development of a high-performance culture.
- Develop robust relationships with stakeholders both within and outside of the HR function.
- Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition function to ensure seamless talent management and workforce planning.
- Work alongside Global HR functions to ensure local plans are aligned and share best practices with other locations and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
