Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Game Presenter Team Manager to manage and lead a team within our operations, ensuring that all staff meet the company’s high standards. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing support to help team members develop in their roles. You will also assist in recruitment, absence management, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues, while ensuring effective team dynamics and performance.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide regular coaching and mentoring sessions to employees, ensuring their personal and professional development.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage the team according to company policies and procedures, including absence management, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote and support effective teamwork through strong communication and regular team meetings.
  • Learning and Development: Identify the learning and development needs of both individuals and the team, and work with the training department to meet these needs.
  • Performance Management: Contribute to achieving organizational targets through effective training and development activities.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure that all services are delivered in alignment with core company values, policies, procedures, and KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
 
•  Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
•  Education: Academic qualification in Management is a plus.
•  Industry Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
•  Skills:
  • Advanced PC skills (Office 365).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict management abilities.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good time management skills.
•  Language Skills: Advanced English (written and spoken).
•  Flexibility: Availability to work shifts.
