What you would be doing:
- Quickly resolving any game or staff incident.
- Foster seamless collaboration with members of the floor supervisors team, the operating control room team and others, enhancing communication and teamwork.
- Monitoring the operational quality, safety and inspecting the studio’s equipment.
- Conduct regular checks on dealers and shufflers to ensure their presence during designated shifts and maintain an accurate attendance record.
- Monitor and assess the appearance of staff members, ensuring they adhere to the established dress code.
- Supervising dealers’ and shufflers’ activity and rotations.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Proactive approach;
- Effective collaboration and strong communication skills.
- Good verbal and written command of English.
- Previous experience on a similar position would be considered an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
