- Conduct speaking and reading assessments across the company according to the CEFR Scale, starting with new game presenters, then continuing with other teams and departments, as needed.
- Identify learning and development needs of new and existing game presenters.
- Supervise new casino game presenters to ensure professional and engaging performances regarding speech.
- Mentor and offer constructive feedback to employees.
- Hold workshops to improve overall speaking skills among the game presenters and other departments.
- Create teaching and administrative materials to use during workshops or various projects (written/video/audio).
- Proofread and correct internal documentation.
- Update internal databases and administrative documents according to project requirements.
- Draft up post project statistics.
- Collaborate with various departments during projects, as needed.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference;
- Proven experience in assessing foreign language proficiency and applying effective methodologies for adult learning;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
- Academic qualification in Linguistics, Education, Communication, English, or a related field.
- Ability to understand the personality types of our employees and adapt effectively to each candidate you interact with;
- Ability to assess a candidate’s language level accurately within a short time frame;
- Ability to create a trusting and open communication environment, enabling candidates to express their true potential in a foreign language;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to organize and carry out responsibilities efficiently;
- Ability to develop educational materials tailored to the company’s needs and goals;
- Ability to teach interactively and create an engaging, enjoyable learning experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in both training materials and administrative tasks.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a supportive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus and efficiency.
